Looking for an event sponsorship or item donation? Need a gift card for a raffle, or maybe a gift basket for a silent auction? We will either consider sponsorship opportunities or a donation tailored to your needs and purpose to help support your cause. ELIGIBLE: Youth groups Sports teams Charitable/Non-profit organizations K-12 and University groups INELIGIBLE: Individuals looking for personal assistance Religious Groups Special Interest, political, or lobbying groups For-profit endeavors Organizations that discriminate based on age, sex, gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, disability, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or religious belief. LEADTIME Sponsorships: Due to the amount of requests we receive SPONSORSHIP requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to date of event or sponsorship deadline. Responses are given within 2 weeks of submission. Donations: Due to the amount of requests we receive, DONATION requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to date needed Responses are given within 2 weeks of submission. To be fair and equitable, donations cannot be provided to the same organization more than 2x in 12 months. Organizations must be able to verify nonprofit status with Tax ID. Application does NOT guarantee approval. Premier Auto Wash reserves the right to cancel or modify DONATIONS with proper notice. We reserve the right to modify the sponsorship in question and do not need to provide reason for denial.
